Exporting Conversion Data

There are times when it is useful to export data about conversion profiles. For example, you might want to use the data in a way that isn't standard in LeadsRx. A CSV file of the raw data is available from the PROFILES section of your account

How to download your data

1. From the navigation bar, go to the CONVERSIONS section and then select PROFILES.
2. Set the date range that you want to export.
3. Select which conversions you wish to include in the data and click APPLY.
   
   • You may select them individually, in combination, or use all conversion types.
4. If there are only certain touchpoints you want to include, you may select one or more and then FILTER TOUCHPOINTS.
   
   • Broadcast touchpoints cannot be filtered.
5. Once you have a list of the conversions you want, click DOWNLOAD CONVERSIONS.
6. To include touchpoint information and not just conversions, check the box to include details.
7. The data can be exported as either a CSV or Excel file.

It is also possible to DOWNLOAD NON-CONVERTERS, but this is less commonly done since attribution is focused on the behavior of users who complete conversions.
