Report Overview: Health Check
The Conversion Health Check report is a simplified way to see at a glance how your top marketing efforts are doing. It gives you some level of visibility as to whether immediate action is necessary to improve performance or not, and if so, where to focus your attention. If you have a lot of experience with analytics and attribution, this may be too simplified a view. For those beginning on this journey, it can be a way to get started.
Health Score
The Health Score is a LeadsRx proprietary value that is meant to indicate the overall “health” or condition of the marketing programs that are driving conversions. Values can range from 1 to 100. The Health Score will change depending on the date range selected, and can be used to compare past and current performance.
Note: Do not interpret the Health Score as a letter grade. Instead, it can be used to gauge change over time.
The health score calculation factors in the data shown in each subsection of the overall report: the top three touchpoints (based on three different attribution models) and their current trend line (based on a linear regression calculation). The Health Score also includes trending data from the top content attribution pages.
Touchpoint Attribution
Shows the top touchpoints (up to three) based on the average attribution score using linear, weighted, and algorithmic models. Each touchpoint indicates what the performance has been across the date range.
Content Attribution
Based on the average of how often content pages appear as part of the converting customers' journeys, the top pages are called out and shown as tending up or down. These pages could be good candidates for optimization.
Time Attribution
Averaging across the account, what is the single top day and hour when the most conversions occur? With a quick glance at this report, you can see what works best and when.
How to Use
Seeing how the full account is running at a single snapshot in time can be valuable for verifying the business is running on the correct trajectory to goals. Monitoring pre and post changes in top channels may provide a pulse on the effects of the changes to the marketing channels.
Touchpoint attribution provides the top three touchpoints, which should have the largest impact on business. Content attribution ensures the catered experience is followed properly. And Time attribution makes sure previous assumptions about day and hour stay true.
