How Customer Lifetime Value Is Tracked
LeadsRx collects any information that is shar about the revenue brought in by conversions and the cost of any marketing. If the customer converts multiple times, the value of each conversion will be added to the customer lifetime value.
Definition of Lifetime Value
A customer's lifetime value is simply the sum of revenue from all conversions plus any revenue received from a CRM system less the sum of costs from paid marketing channels.
Where to see Lifetime Value
The customer lifetime value is brought together in one place in the product and here are the steps to find it:
- Select Conversion Profiles for a given time frame
- Click on the Name or ID for a customer
- See on the left side the of the screen the lifetime value for that customer
