Report Overview: Customer Journey Analytics
Customer Journey Analytics is a report full of all sorts of useful data about the customer journeys. To access the Customer Journey Analytics report, select Journey Analytics -> Journey Analytics in the left navigation.
As with all reports in LeadsRx, begin by selecting the timeframe you're interested in as well as the Conversion in this report and other filters. Select whether you'd like to look at touchpoints or groupings, First and Repeat Converters or just First or Repeat Converters, and leave the Look Back period set to 0 to see all days. Click Apply.
The first section tells you the Average Time to Conversion, the Median Time to Conversion, and the Average Length of a Path, or average number of touchpoints in a path. This is taking into account the averages of ALL of your touchpoints or groupings for this date range. Lower on the page, there is a breakdown by specific touchpoints or groupings.
The next section tells you the top single touchpoints. To see all the touchpoints in order of frequency, click the "see all" link. I you would like to export this data to be used outside of LeadsRx, there are two options. Click "Download CSV" from the main report to export the data for the top five touchpoints. To download the full list, first open the view all box and then use the download link at the bottom of the popup.
To the right of the top single touchpoints, you will find the Top Combination Touchpoints. Again, click the "see all" link to see a list of all the combination touchpoints. Click "Download CSV" if you would like to export the data. To filter for just one touchpoint, you would click "Download CSV" and then filter the CSV for that touchpoint.
The final part of the Customer Journey Analytics report reviews the Touchpoint Key Metrics by Journey steps. The touchpoints are displayed alphabetically by default. To find a specific touchpoint, type its name in the Search box. you will see the the average time to conversion, the median time to conversion, and the average length of the path in the number of touchpoints.
